Face Mounted Acrylic Archival Prints

The production process

Donn Delson is internationally renowned for the beauty and unique perspective of his large-scale limited edition aerial prints. You may not be with Donn when he flies, but he is passionate about replicating the joy of the experience for you, when viewing his work shot from doorless helicopters around the world.

“My art is presented in large scale so that the viewer can experience the feeling of being right there with me looking out on the beauty of our world. It’s a unique perspective from above that needs to be seen.”

The process

  • The finest museum grade archival metallic paper is used for each print, generally limited to an edition of seven per size.
  • Each print includes a brushed aluminum signature plate numbered and hand-signed by the artist and affixed permanently to the back of the artwork, as well as an 8”x10” brushed aluminum Certificate of Authenticity.
  • To further enhance the purity and freedom of the visual effect, each print is meticulously and permanently encapsulated on a Dibond base layer and museum grade TruLife® crystal clear acrylic glass to reveal exacting detail and unmatched vibrancy, with no external frame.
TruLife® acrylic offers the highest resolution of color, depth, and clarity, blocking 99% of UV rays, resistant to shattering, scratching and dust, and virtually eliminating distracting reflections. When properly lit, the image beneath appears to be illuminated or back-lit.

Wall Mounting

Each face mounted print is backed and constructed with a recessed back-mounted, French cleat hanging system for ease of hanging and exquisite presentation, further enhancing the feeling of being up there, in the air with the artist.
